Description
Beth McGinley is a Senior Counsel and Head of the International Tax Office at International Finance Corporation, the private sector division of the World Bank. She has over two decades of experience in legal and policy issues. Prior to IFC, Beth worked as an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley in New York City, where she oversaw compliance for investment banking, research and regulatory reporting. Previously, Beth worked in legal and compliance positions at Credit Suisse and as an associate at LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene and MacRae. She is a graduate of Swarthmore College and NYU School of Law.
