Emiliano Di Carlo (PhD) is Full Professor of Business Administration at the University of Rome "Tor Vergata", where he is also Director of the Master in Anti-Corruption and Coordinator of the Master's Degree in Economics and Management. He holds the following courses: "Fundamentals of business administration ", " Economics of Business Group", "Governance and Ethics", “Accounting”, "Social Responsibility and Corporate Reputation". He has carried out numerous lecturers, training courses and consultancy activities in companies (industrial, banking and insurance companies) and public administration, on the following subjects: corporate governance, business ethics, sustainability, strategic diagnosis of corporate groups, consolidated financial statements, IAS / IFRS financial statements, conflict of interest and corruption. He is Senior Fellow at Luiss Business School and Member of the Board of Statutory Auditors of a big Italian company.
