Description
John Hawkins is Programme Director at the Infrastructure Transparency Initiative (CoST) where he is responsible for strategic development and overseeing programme delivery. This has included leading the development of CoST’s tools and standards that are currently used in 19 countries and supporting their use in countries as diverse as Guatemala, Malawi, Thailand, Ukraine and the UK. He also has 15 years of experience in researching and writing about corruption and mismanagement in the sector including for the Institution of Civil Engineers, the UK Department for International Development, London South Bank University, the World Bank and most recently Transparency International Australia.
