As the Director of WageIndicator Foundation, Fiona leads a global team of a 100 experts working on minimum wages, labour law, collective agreements and cost of living. WageIndicator Foundation engages in the collection, analysis, and dissemination of labour market information across 206 countries through research, reports and its national websites in local langyages. Besides the minimum wage, labour law and collective agreement information, in 2024, WageIndicator will publish its Living Wage benchmarks for 165 countries on its national websites in local languages and currencies for free. This strategic move prioritises accessibility and transparency in wage data, empowering negotiations and decision-making processes, especially for workers and trade unions.
