Simone Lehmann is Project Director at sequa gGmbH with a professional experience of 23 years which she gathered within Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau (German SME promotion bank), GIZ and sequa. She has been working in Germany, Asia and South America in development cooperation for private sector promotion projects with focus on development of SME business services, value chains and green economy projects. From 2013 until 2015 she was Interim Team leader of SMART Myanmar, a EU funded project to promote sustainable consumption and production in Myanmar’s garment sector. Since 2016 she has been Team Leader and technical adviser a GIZ women empowerment project in Myanmar. Simone is an Economist and fluent in German, English and Spanish.
