by Shift This session will present a new model for companies to account publicly for their performance on living wages. Developed in consultation with the leading living wage practitioners, the model is designed to enable investors and civil society to properly assess whether actions taken by companies are resulting in more workers being paid a living wage, and is ready to be incorporated into reporting frameworks, standards and legislative initiatives.
