by IndustriALL The Committee for Workers’ Capital (CWC) recently launched paper entitled “Shared Prosperity: The Investor Case for Freedom of Association and Collective Bargaining.” outlines how freedom of association and collective bargaining, these two fundamental rights, can be used to address inequality. FoA and collective bargaining are rising on the agenda of institutional investors. The session will introduce the paper and explore how collaborative agreements between global brands and retailers and global trade unions are contributing to supply chain industrial relations.
