Description

I come with Industrial Relations and Human Resources background. I started my journey 25 years ago with a textile and apparel factory securing compliance. Since last 20 years with H&M Group, worked in India, Bangladesh, Hong Kong and South Korea in different roles and positions in the areas of managing compliance, setting Sustainability assessment method & performance management for the Global Supply Chain and leadership roles as Supply Chain & Operations Manager for a country and Supply Chain Sustainability for Production. Currently based in Stockholm responsible for Social Impact for the Group. To me Sustainability is an ability to sustain the change and how can fashion enable this change for better livelihood, empowered workforce and create a net zero climate impact in the world, thus a holistic impact for the people and planet. Its been an amazing journey so far and still get energized everyday to be a change maker and the use the power of business to drive change.
