Description
Emily Connolly is a Deputy Director at the UK Government Office for Science and co-leading the Technology Insights, Futures & Foresight team (TIFF). Prior to taking up the position in 2024, she headed the team’s Emerging Technologies unit. The Government Office for Science provides independent advice to the UK Prime Minister and Cabinet to support evidence-based policy making across government. In TIFF, this work includes all source assessments of science & technology tools and international capabilities, horizon scanning and foresight reports to enable long-term, strategic decision-making.
