Description
Mr Yarema was born in 1974 in Uzhhorod, Zakarpattia region. In 1996 he graduated from the National Agrarian University and received a qualification of engineer/ land surveyor. In 2004 he graduated from the National Academy for Public Administration under the President of Ukraine as Master of Science in government management. From March 2016 - February 2020, he held the position of Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports and by March 2020 was the Head of the State Agency for Development of Youth and Civil Society of Ukraine. In March 2020 he was appointed the First Deputy State Secretary of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, and in June 2020 appointed State Secretary of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. In 2019 Mr Yarema was awarded the honorary title "The honoured worker of the social sphere of Ukraine" and is also awarded a Certificate of Merit of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and Certificate of Merit of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
