The COVID-19 recovery presents an opportunity for governments to refresh their approach to public governance by building back better. Public sector innovation has been central to maintaining the continuity of government services during the pandemic. Meanwhile, the crisis also magnified the importance of inclusive governance practice for building trust, and leaving nobody left behind.
