Description
Sofia Mota is the Director of the Public Administration Digital Competencies Centre (TicAPP) at the Administrative Modernization Agency (AMA) of Portugal. TicAPP’s mission is to support different government areas in the process of digital transformation with specialised human resources in emerging technologies, by fostering projects across Public Administration to improve effective and efficient contracting of external services in the areas of IT and communication. She has a degree in Informatics and Business Management and a Postgraduate Degree in Public Procurement Law and Practice. During her professional career she has held several positions related to Information Technology Consulting and Software Engineering.
