Mrs Agnieszka Górecka has been working for the local government of the City of Krakow since 2007 – for the last 5 years solely in the area of quality management. She’s an ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certified auditor, deputy chief coordinator of the CAF self-assessment in Krakow City Office and PRINCE2 certified project manager. As a Head of the Quality Management Section she collaborates with the Quality Management Representative to ensure the effectiveness and constant improvement of the Krakow City Office Quality Management System.
