Description
As employee of the Vienna City Administration Eva Sejrek-Tunke has been in charge of the strategic quality management for close to twenty years. Besides designing and implementing the strategy for the Quality Management Systems in the Vienna City Administration, this task comprises also the design, rollout and presentation of training programs on Quality Management and networking with further management systems, e.g. Process Management, Knowledge Management, Risk Management, as well as promoting and assisting the participation in national and international contests (e.g. EPSA, UNPSA).
With regard to CAF-Common Assessment Framework, the contribution to CAF 2020 and to KDZ’s book “Transforming Public Administration with CAF” may be mentioned.
Additionally she acts as member of the Austrian CAF-PEF-Team. She is a delegate of the City of Vienna to the Austrian Standards Institute, Committee for Quality Management Systems and Business-Excellence. At the post-graduate College Campus Vienna, she lectures Quality Management and Organisational Development as well as customer orientation and complaint management.
