Description
Based in the OECD’s Public Governance Directorate, David Nguyen works on measuring the drivers of trust in government institutions. He is leading developments of the OECD Trust Survey, which will be launched across 20 OECD countries in late 2021. Before joining the OECD, David was a Senior Economist at the National Institute of Economic and Social Research in London, where he led work on improving measurement and statistics and our understanding of modern economies. Still affiliated to the Economic Statistics Centre of Excellence, he is an expert on measurement issues relating to the digital economy, value of data and economic welfare. David holds a PhD and MSc from the London School of Economics.
