Description

Jelena Tabaković started her professional career in private sector. Since 2008 she’s been working at Ministry of Public Administration. She started as a financial controller of the Structural Funds and after 4 years she took over the leading of the Structural Fund Unit. In 2016 she became a Director of Development Office, responsible for the area of Better Regulation, Quality and Innovativeness in public sector, Development of e-Services and Structural funds. Since 2020 she’s been working on the project Inovativen.si, where the main aim is to introduce innovative approaches in state administration bodies through solving concrete challenges and trainings. She has been also leading the programme Partnership for Change, the national platform of collaboration between the employees of the public and private sector. As a national delegate she is a member of Better Regulation team of the Presidency of the Council of the EU.
