Biography
Andrius joined the NATO Parliamentary Assembly Secretariat in 2005. He served as Director of the NATO PA Science and Technology Committee between 2005-2010, and Director of the NATO PA Committee on the Civil Dimension of Security between 2011-2019. Since 2020, he is a Director of the NATO PA Political Committee. He holds Master degrees in International Relations from the Vilnius University and King’s College London.
