Description
The window of opportunity to secure a sustainable future is rapidly closing, with the “triple crisis” of climate change, biodiversity loss and pollution manifesting itself through interlinking effects, such as severe droughts, species decline, and respiratory health problems. The three interlocking crises must be addressed together if we are to achieve robust and transformative shifts that will enable us to live within planetary boundaries.
This session presents key OECD work on climate and environment, highlighting what policymakers can do to achieve their net-zero, biodiversity, and circular economy goals through effective and ambitious policy action.
