Biography
Karine Perset heads the AI Unit of the OECD Division for Digital Economy Policy, where she oversees the OECD.AI Policy Observatory and the OECD.AI Network of Experts. She focuses on the opportunities and challenges AI raises for governments, policies to help implement the OECD AI Principles and developing trends in AI. Previously she was Advisor to ICANN’s Governmental Advisory Committee and Counsellor of the OECD’s Science, Technology and Industry Director. Karine is Franco-American.
