Biography
She was born in Santiago, on February 14, 1978.
Profession: Philosophy Professor
Political and public career: She began her political career as member of the Communist Youth of Chile. Is member of the Communist Party of Chile, she participated in the student movements for the democratization and recovery of the public university during the 1990s. Between 1999 and 2000, was leader of the USACH Student Federation (Feusach), and that last year she was elected president of the organization.
In October 2016, she was a candidate for councilor for the Ñuñoa commune, being elected after obtaining 4,998 votes, equivalent to 4.18% of the total votes validly cast.
Parliamentary Activity: In November 2021, she was elected deputy for the Legislative Period between March 11, 2022 and March 10, 2026, for district number 10, Santiago Metropolitan Region.
Is member of the Permanent Commissions Education and Citizen Security.
