Biography
Danny Vargas Serrano, was born in San José on July 8, 1979.
In 2001 he received his Law Degree and Notary Degree from the University of San José.
In addition, he is a graduate of the University of Costa Rica of the Professional Master's Degree in Administration and Municipal Law (2011).
And for 2018, he entered the specialty in Local Governments and Public Policies at the University of Castila, La Mancha, Spain.
Within his community participation, he has been advisor of the Development Associations of the Central Canton of San José. He has published an article “Local governments are called to be good managers of their territory”, Fundación Digital UCLM 2018.
Congressman of the Republic of Costa Rica 2022-2026.
