Biography

Born on May 5, 1984, he has a Law degree from the Portuguese Catholic University (Porto Regional Centre) and three Postgraduate degrees, one in Public Procurement from the same University and Regional Centre and two in National Defence Law one from the National Defence Institute and another from the University of Lisbon Faculty of Law. His Professional activity is linked to the business sector in diverse areas such as the environment, the automotive sector, sport and property. He is a Member of the Portuguese Parliament since 2019, and has been Vice-Chairman of the National Defence Committee and Coordinator of the Social Democratic Party Parliamentary Group in the same committee. He is currently Vice-Chairman of the Foreign Affairs and Portuguese Communities Committee, and alternate member of the Economy, Public Works and Housing Committee and of the Environment and Energy Committee. He was elected by his peers to represent Assembleia da República to the Supreme Intelligence Council.
