Biography
Elon Shuster, born on March 2, 1957, is a member of Knesset and the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development of Israel. He is married to Lizzy, a social worker, and has four children and four grandchildren. Shuster He served his regular army service in the Nahal Brigade, Battalion 50, and three years ago, he was discharged from reserve duty with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel in the Shaldag. He was the head of the Sha'ar HaNegev Regional Council from 2002 to 2018, and has received multiple awards for his public service, including the Israel Prize for Environmental Excellence. He was elected to the Knesset in 2019, 2020, and 2022, and served as the Deputy Minister of Defense.
