Biographie

Dr Olivier CATTANEO is the Head of the Policy Analysis and Strategy Unit in the OECD Development Co-operation Directorate. Previously, he has worked as a Senior Trade Specialist at the World Bank, in Washington, D.C, and at the Agence Française de Développement, in Paris, leading research and advising governments on trade policy reforms. He also worked as an adviser and speechwriter to French ministers and members of Parliament, and as a trade expert in international organizations. He is an Adjunct Professor at the Paris School of International Affairs in SciencesPo, and previously taught at Yale University where he was also a World Fellow. He is a graduate of SciencesPo, Georgetown University, and the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva.
