Biographie
I am VÃctor Seferino Flores Ruiz, Pharmaceutical Chemist graduated from the National University of Trujillo, professional, businessman and Peruvian politician. I was born in Huamachuco, department of La Libertad. I have dedicated my professional and business life to diversifying in different sectors of the national economy.
Since 2021, I have represented citizens in the Congress of the Republic of Peru and in this role, I intend to contribute to the development of the country, with initiatives that strengthen its economy and improve the quality of life of Peruvians. One of my main objectives is to promote Peru's accession to the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OCDE). This action is a commitment within the Special Commission for Monitoring the Incorporation of Peru into the OCDE, where I actively work as a full member.
I am convinced that, through collaboration, political work and social commitment, Peru will continue on the path to being a first world country.
