Biography
Since June 2017, Ms. Liliana Tanguy is a Member of the French national Parliament (Assemblée nationale). Reelected in 2024, she is a Member of the Foreign Affairs Committee and European Affairs Committee. She has dedicated a significant part of her parliamentary work to promoting the integration of the Western Balkan into the European Union.
Since 2022, Liliana Tanguy is vice-president of the French delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe. As a member of the Network of Contact Parliamentarians for a Healthy Environment, she is also committed to protecting the environment, the right to a safe, clean, healthy and sustainable environment and biodiversity. Prior to her election, Ms Tanguy worked as a civil servant for the telecommunication group « Orange » as well as for several Hospital administrations.
