He was born in Talca, on December 12, 1982.

Political and public career: Member of the Independent Democratic Union Party. Between March 2018 and November 2020 he was Governor of the province of Talca.
Parliamentary Activity: In March 2022, he assumes office as an elected Deputy for the Legislative Period between March 11, 2022 and March 10, 2026, for district No. 17, Maule Region.
