Biography
Faik Öztrak is member of Turkish Grand National Assembly and Former Deputy Chair in the field of Economic Policies and Spokesperson of main opposition party of Turkey, Republican People’s Party (CHP).
He is also NATOPA member and Chairman of the Economics and Security Committee of NATO PA. He is a member of NATO PA Bureau.
He was Undersecretary of Treasury (2001-2003), Deputy Chairman of Banking Regulation and Supervision Authority (1999-2001), Deputy Undersecretary at State Planning Organization of Turkey (1994-1999).
Faik Öztrak studied Economics and has M.Soc.Sc. Degree from the University of Birmingham.
