Biography
She holds a law degree and specializes in criminal law, fiscal criminal law, financial law, compliance, tax law, and Amparo, with studies at institutions such as the Escuela Libre de Derecho and the Universidad Panamericana. Additionally, she has enhanced her professional development with international certifications in oral litigation techniques and accusatory systems, including studies at the University of Salamanca and California Western School of Law.
She is a founding partner of Capital Compliance and has worked as a legal advisor in government institutions and as a litigator in prominent law firms.
