Skaidrīte Ābrama, Member of the Parliament of the Republic of Latvia (since 2022), PROGRESSIVES parliamentary group.
Chair of the Economic, Agricultural, Environmental and Regional Policy Committee.
Former chairwoman of the Competition Council of Latvia (2012-2020). Included in the prestige survey Women in Antitrust issued by Global Competition Review thus ranking among the world’s leading women in the field of competition law protection and enforcement (2016).
2019-2020 Member of the Office of the OECD Competition Committee.
Holds an MBA from the University of Latvia.
