Mr. Joel Paula is a policy analyst in the Long-term Investment Project, which aims to facilitate long-term investment by institutions such as pension funds, insurance companies, and sovereign wealth funds. Based on research produced for this project the OECD is contributing to policy discussions at the level of the G20, Asian Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC), and the European Commission, in particular through the G20/OECD Task Force on Institutional Investors and Long-term Financing.
