Angela works across the United Kingdom, where she supports National Health System (NHS) payers and providers on integrated care, service redesign, quality, and productivity. She also leads the McKinsey Healthcare Systems & Services Practice in Spain.
Since joining McKinsey, Angela has served NHS clients on integrated-care and complex-reconfiguration programmes. She has extensive experience in integrated health management and long-term conditions, especially focusing on prevention in the areas of diabetes, obesity, and mental health. Angela is a frequent speaker and author on these topics. In her work in Spain, she supported the end-to-end digital transformation of leading hospitals, working with public and private institutions on service redesign, advanced analytics, and e-Health.
Angela also spent four years in North America, leading McKinsey’s special-needs populations (SNP) work—addressing the needs of patients with mental health or long-term care needs—as well as the SNP advanced-analytics team.
