Mr. Magnus Holmqvist has been with SKB International for 17 years and in his present role as President of SKB International, a wholly owned subsidiary of SKB, for the past 12 years. Mr Holmqvist has devoted his career to the field of nuclear waste management and final disposal both nationally and internationally. Mr. Holmqvist is a geohydrologist and started his career as a consultant for SKB in the late 1990-ties performing tracer retention experiments at Äspö Hard Rock Laboratory and was later involved in SKBs site investigations for the spent fuel repository. Before joining SKB International in 2007 he held several management positions in Geosigma AB and worked as an expert consultant in SKB:s disposal programme
