He is a qualified and experienced accountant with over 35 years of professional practice. He is also an ACCA Global Advocacy Award Winner. As Minister of Science and Technology, he is committed to contributing to the effective running of government through harnessing the power of Innovation, Science and Technology for the economic and social development of the citizens of Zambia.
