Tania is the Regional Head for EMEA at Globant's Sustainable Business Studio.
She has a Bachelor's degree in International Relations, a Master in Business Administration (MBA) and a Postgraduate Certificate in Sustainability. She has been working as a Strategy Consultant for over 10 years, with experience in Change Management and in the Public Sector.
For the last 4 years, Tania has been working in Globant’s Sustainable Business Studio leading and implementing projects at the intersection of Sustainability and Digitalization; fostering twin transitions and accelerating roadmaps towards net zero for clients and organisations around the world, working towards unlocking the power of technology as an enabler for good.
