Phil Lewis is a Principal Research Officer in Department for Business and Trade and lead on the development and implementation of their investment promotion monitoring and evaluation framework. He joined what was at the time Department for International Trade in 2015 having had roles working on evaluations in Department for Communities and Local Government and in the Department for Education. He holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in geography from Aberystwyth University in Wales.
