Luisa M. Mimmi is currently a Sr. Advisor to the Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance, where she has worked in the G20 Infrastructure Working Group (IWG) under the Italian Presidency. Before this engagement, she was in Washington DC for over 10 years: after working as M&E Specialist at different infrastructure-focused trust funds at the World Bank, she was a member of the research team of the Water Division at the Inter-American Development Bank. She has conducted several empirical studies on innovative policies to secure equitable and sustainable access to housing and infrastructure services in underserved rural and urban settings. She holds a Master of Public Policy from University of Georgetown and an undergraduate degree in Economics from Università di Pavia (Italy).
