Description
Zoe Jacobs serves as a Senior Policy Advisor for Infrastructure Implementation in the Biden-Harris Administration. In this role, she works closely with federal agencies, state, local, community, and other partners to implement a once-in-a-generation investment in our nation’s infrastructure. Prior to the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law passing, Zoe served as a policy advisor on at the National Economic Council (NEC), working on infrastructure policy and supporting cross-cutting economic policy issues. Prior to serving the Biden Administration, Zoe served as an Engagement Manager in McKinsey's Public Sector Practice, with a focus on state & local economic development, infrastructure, and workforce topics. She has previously worked with the NAACP Legal Defense Fund and served on the Biden-Harris transition team. She holds a degree from Columbia University.
