Description
Graduated in Economics from the University of the Basque Country in 1983, Degree in public economics from the Institute of Public Economics in 1985 and MAS from the University of Pennsylvania in 1988.
His professional career includes his work as a partner and promoter of the company Naider and his experience in strategic consulting for public and private organizations. His main field of expertise is the definition, design, implementation and evaluation of strategic initiatives in the field of science, technology and innovation, industrial development and the environment.
Since 2021 he is director of Cohesion Policy and European funds of the Department of Economy and Finance of the Basque Government.
