Description
Mikel Irujo Amezaga has worked in Thomson Reuters Aranzadi, the world’s leading source of legal intelligent information, from 1996 to 2015. After two periods of leave to work in the European Parliament (1999-2002 as an assistant and 2007-2009 as MEP), he went back to the company in 2009, where the EU Procurement and Programmers Unit was created on his own initiative. Since September 2015, appointed as the Delegate of the Government of Navarre to the European Union. Since September 2019, appointed as the Director for Foreign Action of the Government of Navarra. Since February 2021, appointed as Regional Minister for Economic and Business Development of the Government of Navarra. He holds a Ph.D. in European Law (comitology).
