Paul Zealey has more than 25 years’ experience working in regional economic development in Scotland in private, public and third sectors including leadership roles at Scottish Enterprise, Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games and in independent consultancy. He is currently Skills Planning Lead at Scotland’s national skills agency and an independent consultant advising on outcomes and impact from major events.
