Eileen Costello Rawat (MDevS, PGDE, BA (Hons) History) is Head of Education at Young Social Innovators (YSI). A non-profit organisation that empowers c.7,000 young people annually to use their talents, insights, passion and creativity to come up with innovative solutions to social challenges. Eileen worked directly with young people for over 15 years before moving to YSI in 2020.
