Description
Luca Comper is a Director General at Autonomous Province of Trento, qualified as a lawyer. His field of work spans across social welfare, Labour Relations and HR management. Since 2020 he has been appointed Secretary General of the Provincial government, Officer Responsible for Transparency and for the Prevention of Corruption (RTPC), coordinator of the activities of the Data Protection Officer (DPO) and of the transversal projects of the Presidency, in which capacity he coordinates a crosscutting project aimed at promoting remote work as a tool for local development and fostering remote worker attraction in Trentino. He has been involved in teaching activities and publications in the areas of management and development of human resources, as well as public employment.
