Description

Born in Geneva/Switzerland, Dr Raiser studied social pedagogy and sociology in Hamburg and at the London School of Economics. He received his doctorate for his research on instruments that advance the educational attainment among people with a migration background from Humboldt University in Berlin. From 2005 to 2011, he was a consultant at Berlin’s Commissioner for Integration and Migration. Since 2011, he has been working in the Senate Department for Education, Youth and Family in the Department for Adult Education and Lifelong Learning, since 2016 Head of Unit for Adult Education and Lifelong.
