Yacine Oualid; 27 years old, Holds a PhD in medicine, he launched several startups, one of them became the first cloud provider in Algeria, he is also an active member of the tech community and a founding member of many tech organization in Algeria and also in the Maghreb Region; he was appointed minister of startups in Algeria , at 26 he is the youngest minister in Algeria, at the newly created ministry he is working on building a more suitable regulatory framework for the start-ups and fostering innovative financial instruments for the emergence of talents.
