Benjamin Godel, born in Berlin in 1981, is the Senior Manager International Markets – MENA Region, Bundesverband der Deutschen Industrie e.V. (BDI) BDI - The Voice of German Industry (2014-)
Benjamin was previously the Deputy CEO of the Delegation of German Industry & Commerce for Saudi Arabia and Yemen (AHK Saudi Arabia) 2011–13, and a consultant from 2009-11.
BDI is committed to the intensification of mutual business ties by providing information about the business opportunities, by creating b2b platforms, by representing German industry’s interests vis-à -vis the political decision-makers and by serving as a contact partner in matters relating to economic policy. The BDI’s activities cover the following countries: Afghanistan, Algeria, Bahrain, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Oman, the Palestinian Authority, Pakistan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Tunisia, United Arab Emirates and Yemen.
