Description
Mark Maloney is the Vice Dean and Executive Director of the Paris School of International Affairs (PSIA) at Sciences Po. He joined PSIA in Autumn 2017, and served as acting dean for 11 months (2021-22).
He previously worked for 15 years at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), initially as Head of Student Administration (2003-08) and subsequently as Head of Academic Partnerships (2008-17) and Director of LSE Careers (2016-17). Prior to this, Mark spent four years at London South Bank University (1998-2002), where he was responsible for a range of special projects in the Vice Chancellor’s Office and, subsequently, as Manager of the Faculty of Health. He also worked for the Japan International Cooperation Agency, JICA (1993-98) in its offices in Toronto and Washington, DC.
Mark holds a MSc in Public Sector Management from London South Bank University (2003), a post-graduate Diploma in International Development and Cooperation from the University of Ottawa (1993) and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Political Science from the Western University, London, Canada (1991).
