Description
Silvia Ruprecht leads the work on climate and financial markets within FOEN, the Swiss federal environmental ministry. The climate division, where she works as Senior Policy Advisor, is in charge of developing climate policy strategies for Switzerland, including the Swiss financial sector. Silvia leads the regularly monitoring of the Swiss financial market’s climate goal alignment, as well as research and policy work to enable market actors’ active contribution to climate goals. At OECD she chaired the WPCID for several years and now represents Switzerland in the new Working Party on Finance and Investment for Environmental Goals WPFIEG as bureau member. Silvia Ruprecht is a graduate in economics, ecology and business administration.
