Description
Cécile Seguineaud works as an analyst for the OECD Clean Energy Finance and Investment Mobilisation (CEFIM) Programme in the Environment Directorate, focusing on industry decarbonisation. Previously, she led the decarbonisation work program of the OECD Steel Committee. Prior to joining the OECD, she worked for 15 years in the industry & energy sectors where she held management & project management positions in a worldwide energy company, as well as consultancies on energy transition.
She holds a MA in Political Sciences (Energy/Environment) from Sciences Po Paris, a MSc in Energy Systems & Economics from Mines Paris, a MSc in Energy Engineering from Ecole Polytechnique Universitaire de Marseille, and a MSc in Physics & Modelling from Aix-Marseille University.
