Pauline exited her first company to a tier 1 consulting firm and over the years acquired deep expertise in digital topics, with 20 years experience in the financial services industry. She has supported Fortune 100 corporations & global institutions tackle some of the most pressing innovation challenges, and is a trusted advisor and mentor in the FinTech ecosystem including WomensWorldBanking , SingaporeFinTechFestival , Monetary Authority of Singapore , and an author contributing to books, articles & whitepapers relating to FinTech, RegTech, Sustainability & Innovation.
With a passion for innovation, she has always been pulled by dynamism and the move towards digital. Testament to this passion is her work at Boston Consulting Group, FinTech Control Tower, a venture she led capturing her drive for Innovation and FinTech.
A priority for Pauline is people, building inclusive and diverse teams and developing strong trust-based relationships. She is a strong advocate for diversity and developing talent into leaders.
A mother of 3 and a passionate mountaineer from Chamonix, Pauline is committed to sustainability, financial inclusion and innovation through various Advisory Board roles.
After an accident last year where she had a 20% chance of survival for 10 days and spending over 3 months in hospital Pauline with a long road to recovery still, is now very intentional in every aspect of her life by contributing to the global efforts to address climate change.
